 This one is a typical but I can't help absolutely loving this brilliant author. Harry Potter is known throughout the world for it's fun characters but also the important of friendship and bravery. I love everything about this series and would reccomend it to almost everyone from the age 8 and up. I love the fact that all of her books are based on some of her favourite things. My favourite books that she has written are The Twitchers series where the main character was bullied and therefore was mean so he could protect himself but then he learns to be brave with his friend and it shows that anyone can change if they really want to. I love her books because the biggest theme in the story is that even if you are different to the others you can still do what you have always wanted to do. You cant just be sad that people think you are wierd you have to go out and do something to say that you may be different but you are brilliant. I also really love the whole theme of the story and the characters are all so fun. Books written: Skandar and the Unicorn Thief; Skandar and the Phantom Rider. Born: 1992 Annabel Steadman was a trainee slicitor commuting between London and Oxford when she had a vision of a unicorn and 8 years later she has written a brilliant book about it. Katie and Kevin Tsang.

Katie and Kevin Tsang are such brilliant authors because they bring in experiences from their lives to their books which means that children can really connect with the characters in the books. B.B.Alston

I love B.B.Alstons book series because he is such a brilliant author and can really encourage children by portraying children like them. For example the main character is a black girl with glasses which can really empower kids who are like her. I would reccomend this to children age 9 and up to adults who enjoy a good childrens book. Ross Montgomery

 I have only read some of Ross Montgomery's books but the ones I have read you can really get stuck into. He has such an active imagination and thinks up the craziest settings but also tackles real life isues like love and never giving up on those you love.
