 Garth Nix's books are amazing if a bit confusing. His books are set in wierd and wonderful fantasy worlds with ineresing character and story curves. One thing to be warned about is that he doed write some books for adults and kids so make sure you are reading an age appropriate book. I loved reading his books and they realy let you fall into a different world. I started reading this series after I watched the TV series on disney and absolutely loved it. All through reading these books I was always amazed at Trenton Lee Stewart's creativity and how all the characters worked so well together even though they were so different. They are full of intrique and mystery and will have you constantly on the edge of your seat with unusal characters and fun storylines.  When I first read a Jennifer Bell book I was instantly hooked and couldn't put it down. They are engaging and also you learn loads of interesting facts about nature, history and inspiring people. Her books are also so fun and they have lots of themes that children can definitely relate to. Books Written: Agents of the wild; Wonderscape; Legendarium; Annie Learns To Ride; The Crooked Sixpence; The Smoking Hourglass; Annie Owns A Pony; The Frozen Telescope. Birth: 1985 She was born in London where she still lives and loved stories but not reading. She wanted to be a film derector and went to university to study filmwritting. After university, she found a book she loved and fell into the magical world of reading. Her first book was The Crooked Sixpence. Fun Facts: Most stories she heard as a child were told to her by her sister on the way to school. She wrote her first book during lunchbreaks when she worked at a bookshop.

I love his books because of how full of intrique and mystery they are. They also show lots of different kinds of relasionships and friends . I love how it shows that someone will always love you even if it may take a while to find the people you want to call family. Birth: 1981 Ross grew up in Renfrew and has been writing stories since he was 7 years old. He lives with his wife and daughter in Renfew where he grew up. He got the Scottish Children's Book Award in 2012. Fun Facts: He wrote a story about a crocodile called Crunchy Colin as a child and illustrated it himself. In the day he works as a grafic designer he is a super writer.

 I love Stewart’s books because of the fact that they empower children who are different or don’t fit in. It shows that you can’t let disabilities ,whether physical or mental, stop you from doing or getting whatever you want in life. His characters learn to accept their differences and hit life running. Books Written:  Bubble boy; All the things that could have gone wrong; Check Mates; The perfect parent project; Can you feel the noise; We used to be kings; All the way down. Birth: 20th November 1963 He was born in Bath and his books have won multiple school and library awards. His first children’s book, Bubble Boy, was published in 2016 and won the Sainsbury’s Children’s Book Award. Fun Facts: He has ADHD and once threw a banana at the blackboard. His best friend’s grandpa picked him up in a pink car and he put this in one of his books.

Frank’s books are hilarious and full of funny and wacky storylines and characters with over-exaggerated traits. The characters usually have to create extremely powerful friendships to overthrow what earth ,or space, throws at them. Birth: 23rd September 1959 He was born near Liverpool to a catholic family. He met Denise, got married and had 7 children. He is also a screenwriter and a occasional actor. Favourite Books: Karoo; Kealon; The 39 steps; Empire express; The best of Satyajit Ray. Fun Facts: Some of his books have been turned into films. He moved house and primary school and went to a grammar school. He loved reading Moomin as he was growing up.
